Namba Ryoichi
Born in 1975. Graduated from Hitotsubashi University and withdrew from the doctoral program of the Graduate School of Economics, Waseda University; worked at the Economic and Social Research Institute, Cabinet Office since 2010; worked at Chubu Region Institute for Social and Economic Research since 2016; and served as Research Director and Principal Economist of the same institute since 2022. During that time, he has been engaged in domestic and regional economic analysis. He specializes in macroeconomics. His publications include "Decomposing local fiscal multipliers: Evidence from Japan," Japan and the World Economy, 2021, " Estimating a dsge model for japan in a data-rich environment," Journal of the Japanese and International Economies, 2015. (all co-authored).
