Nakayama Yasushi
Born in 1964. Joined the Bank of Japan in 1988. He joined the Bank of Japan in 1988, where he was mainly engaged in information security and electronic payment-related practices, as well as research and studies. After serving as an associate professor at the University of Tokyo's Research Center for Advanced Economics and Engineering (now absorbed into the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology) and as head of the FISC's research department, he organized and chaired the "WS on IT (AI)-based Financial Upgrading" (10 sessions) at the Bank of Japan's Financial Upgrading Center. Patents include "Separate Issuing Institution Type Number Registration Type Electronic Cash Method and User Device".
